Lumenis is seeking a Customer Service Engineer to deliver on-site technical support, installation, and maintenance of advanced equipment in clinical environments. This full-time role requires up to 60% travel and independent work at customer sites.

You will diagnose issues, provide training, and collaborate with engineering teams to improve product reliability, while building strong relationships with customers and ensuring system uptime.

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Customer Service Engineer to deliver on-site technical support, installation, and maintenance of advanced equipment. What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

• Degree or technical certification in Engineering, Electronics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Experience in field service, maintenance, or technical support roles
• Strong troubleshooting and customer-facing communication skills
• Ability to travel and work independently
• Valid driver's license

• Knowledge of PLCs, networking, or control systems
