Qualifications
- Degree or technical certification in Engineering, Electronics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience in field service, maintenance, or technical support roles.
- Strong troubleshooting and customer-facing communication skills.
- Ability to travel and work independently.
- Valid driver's license.
Responsibilities
- Install, commission, maintain, and repair company equipment at customer sites.
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and software issues efficiently.
- Perform preventive maintenance to maximize system uptime and performance.
- Provide technical training and guidance to customers and end users.
- Document service activities, findings, and recommendations accurately.
- Collaborate with engineering and support teams to improve product reliability.
