Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a customer service role.
• EDI experience required.

Responsibilities

• Accurately manage sales order entry from multiple sources (EDI, email, phone, web shop).
• Work with IT to ensure programs and data communications are functioning properly.
• Review open orders daily to identify issues affecting release or confirmation.
• Handle customer calls on Signode's 800 number and resolve questions promptly.
