Job summary

Quick Response Garage Door Service in Phoenix is seeking a Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher to coordinate service calls, schedule field technicians, and maintain clear communication with customers.

You will manage technician calendars, provide ETA updates, handle urgent requests, and keep records up to date in Service Titan, our dispatch software. A proactive, team-oriented approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in dispatching, customer service, or scheduling preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in using dispatch software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and problem-solve on the go.
• Knowledge of garage door services, cabinet installation, and flooring is a plus but not required.
• Ability to work efficiently alone and with the team.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls and schedule service appointments efficiently.
• Dispatch technicians to job sites based on location, skill set, and urgency.
• Maintain communication with technicians throughout the day to ensure timely service.
• Update customer records and service details in our dispatch system.
• Handle emergency service requests with a sense of urgency.
• Provide customers with estimated arrival times and service updates.
• Assist with general administrative tasks as needed.
