Walker Concrete in Stockbridge, Georgia is hiring a full-time Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher (CSR/Dispatcher) to run the central dispatch office and support the company’s ordering and customer service processes.

You will handle inbound calls, coordinate orders, and work with the sales team to ensure order accuracy and timely deliveries, while meeting minimum qualifications and contributing to a team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Typing speed of at least 35 words per minute.
• Computer proficiency.
• Ability to sit for extended periods.
• Technical knowledge of ready-mix concrete (training will be provided).

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls for new orders and updates.
• Contact customers proactively to gather information or resolve issues.
• Processing prepaid orders.
• Collaborating with the internal sales team to adjust projects as needed.
• Managing opening and closing office responsibilities.
