Job summary

Elevated Facility Services, a fast-growing elevator services provider, seeks a Customer Service Associate to support branch operations in Saint Petersburg, FL. You will handle administrative tasks, customer service, sales support, and dispatch coordination with Service Managers and Technicians.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. You will maintain customer data, process contracts, promote maintenance options, and help drive service

Responsibilities

• Represent the company professionally in all customer interactions.
• Answer incoming customer calls, dispatch service personnel as needed to resolve customer requests.
• Maintain accurate customer account information, including billing updates, extra service invoicing, collections support, and customer retention efforts.
• Process and manage contract bookings for maintenance, repair, and modernization projects.
• Promote and convert non-maintenance customers to maintenance contract customers.
• Proactively identify and pursue opportunities to sell company services to existing and prospective customers.
• Coordinate and dispatch service personnel to customer locations.
• Partner with Service Managers to schedule inspections and service visits.
• Participate in branch and company safety meetings.
• Support safety initiatives through recordkeeping, documentation, and training coordination as required.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding the use of computers, systems, and technology resources.
• Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and correspondence.
• Maintain a professional, organized office environment, including filing, recordkeeping, and ordering office supplies.
• Assist with special projects and perform other duties as assigned to support branch operations.
