• You're the first person every Phoenix homeowner talks to.
• Book calls, dispatch technicians, keep the schedule humming, and help customers feel heard.
• Answer inbound calls and convert them into booked appointments.
• Dispatch the right technician to the right call based on skill and location.
• Coordinate emergency calls and capacity overflows.
• Manage the ServiceTitan job board, status updates, and customer communications.
• Run a small handful of outbound calls (recall, membership renewal).
