A&J Plumbing and Sewer Service in Michigan is actively seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher to support customer interactions and internal operations. You will handle multi-line calls, dispatch technicians, and maintain records while assisting with general office tasks in a fast-paced setting.

The position offers a 35–40 hour workweek with two shifts (7:30 a.m.–4:00 p.m. and 10:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.) and rotating weekends.

Responsibilities

• Providing friendly services to customers & company employees
• Keeping data and records up to date including spreadsheet information
• Answering multi-line telephone system
• Dispatching service technicians using a GPS software program
• Assist with general office and administrative functions including (but not limited to) filing, faxing.
• A team member who is responsible, self-starter, family oriented and can operate in a fast-paced environment.
