We’re Hiring: Customer Service & Dispatch Coordinator(Full-Time, On-Site in Williamsport, MD)

$15–$20/hour | Monday–Friday | Family-Owned Company | Growth Opportunity

Are you organized, friendly, and calm under pressure? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where every day is different? RT Services, a family-owned plumbing and HVAC business based in Williamsport, MD, is looking for a rockstar Customer Service & Dispatch Coordinator to join our growing team!

This is a key role on our team — you’ll be the friendly voice our customers hear first and the brains behind the scenes helping our technicians stay on schedule and informed.

What You’ll Do:

• Be the first point of contact for customers — answering calls, texts, and emails with a friendly, professional tone.
• Schedule service calls and coordinate technician routes.
• Enter job details into our system (we use ServiceTitan – don’t worry, we’ll train you!).
• Confirm appointments and follow up with customers.
• Communicate clearly with the field team to keep things running smoothly.
• Handle service agreement details, payments, and follow-ups.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous admin, dispatcher, or customer service experience (bonus if in a home service business).
• Excellent phone, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable with scheduling and multitasking in a fast-moving environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented.
