Responsibilities
Dispatch Coordinator
Location: Huntingdon
Salary: Up to £24,500 depending on experience and language skills, plus great benefits

Main duties:
Ensure the smooth running of the dispatch process post-sale
The role:
– Work closely with the sales team and provide them with carriage quotes
– Book pallets and box collections for UK dispatch
– Ensure parcels are labelled correctly
– Data inputting and filling out any paperwork accurately
– Liaise with couriers, warehouse team and other departments involved in the dispatch process
– Other dispatch admin duties as and when required
Candidate's Profile
– Fluent in a European language (written and spoken) – Ideal
– Previous admin experience – Essential
– Good telephone manner and communication skills
– Strong attention to detail
– Confident and quick learner
– IT literate
