Job summary

You will ensure a positive customer experience and build lasting relationships while supporting field teams across multiple projects. The role requires 2+ years in customer service, strong Microsoft Office skills, and a proactive, organized, team-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Strong attention to detail and integrity.

• Willingness to participate in on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and accurately enter customer information in ServiceTitan in real time
• Deliver a great customer experience and build strong, lasting relationships
• Communicate clearly and positively with field technicians and help coordinate their schedules
• Dispatch and support technicians throughout the day to keep operations running smoothly
• Manage multi-day and multi-vendor projects from start to finish
• Support your team with a positive, team-first attitude
• Step in and assist teammates when needed
