Job summary

Radiant Plumbing & Air Conditioning is seeking a Dispatch Coordinator to organize daily schedules, dispatch technicians, and monitor performance in a fast-paced Austin home-services setting.

Ideal candidates have ServiceTitan experience, strong multitasking and communication skills, and a track record of delivering a 5-star customer experience. Proficiency with Office tools is preferred; high school diploma required.

Qualifications

• ServiceTitan experience is required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and switch priorities quickly.
• Experience in the home service industry is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Suite.

Responsibilities

• Organize and coordinate daily schedules based on call priority and technician ability.
• Dispatch and debrief technicians.
• Monitor the performance of service technicians.
• Communicate with customers in a timely and effective manner.
• Understand sales goals and help hold the team accountable.
• Quickly adjust schedules as priorities change throughout the day.
