Job summary

Elevated is seeking a Customer Service Associate to support branch operations in a fast-growing national elevator services provider. You will assist with administrative, customer service, sales support, and dispatch coordination while collaborating with Service Managers, Technicians, and branch staff to ensure exceptional service and efficiency.

The role involves handling calls, updating customer records, processing contracts, and pursuing new maintenance opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Represent the company professionally and positively in all customer interactions.
• Answer incoming customer calls, provide timely assistance, and dispatch service personnel as needed to resolve customer requests.
• Maintain accurate customer account information, including billing updates, extra service invoicing, collections support, and customer retention efforts.
• Process and manage contract bookings for maintenance, repair, and modernization projects.
• Promote and convert non-maintenance customers to maintenance contract customers.
• Proactively identify and pursue opportunities to sell company services to existing and prospective customers.
• Coordinate and dispatch service personnel to customer locations.
• Partner with Service Managers to schedule inspections and service visits.
