Job summary

MITER Brands is seeking a Customer Service Representative for Milgard Windows & Doors in Simi Valley, CA. This onsite role supports warranty inquiries, coordinates service solutions, and ensures timely communication from first contact to resolution.

You will work with builders, contractors, and homeowners, using dispatching tools and internal systems to schedule technicians and manage incoming requests in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in customer service, dispatching, scheduling, or coordination preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing, building materials, construction, or service industries is a plus.
• Experience in windows, millwork, or warranty processes is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Resolve customer inquiries accurately and within established timelines.
• Validate and process warranty claims efficiently.
• Schedule and dispatch field technicians to maximize service efficiency.
• Manage a high-volume workload without sacrificing quality or customer experience.
