• 5+ years of people management experience.
• Experience leading teams of 50+ employees.
• Strong track record resolving escalated customer issues and complex service-related challenges.
• Experience managing departmental budgets and operational performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer care, warranty, and field service operations across multi-state regions.
• Develop and lead a 50+ employee customer service and field service organization.
• Coach supervisors, coordinators, and field teams to drive engagement and performance.
• Serve as escalation point for complex customer concerns and resolve issues promptly.
• Balance customer satisfaction with cost management and operational efficiency.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and departmental budgets to meet goals.
• Utilize CRM systems and data to drive decisions and improvements.
