Job summary

Milgard Windows & Doors, part of MITER Brands, seeks a Customer Service Representative in Temecula, CA onsite. You will resolve warranty inquiries, coordinate service solutions, and communicate clearly with builders, contractors, and homeowners from first contact to resolution.

This role supports internal teams to drive efficient outcomes, handles high-volume calls/emails, schedules field technicians, and ensures timely updates while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Requires strong customer service experience and ability to communicate professionally via phone and email.
• Experience coordinating service dispatch and scheduling with field technicians is preferred.
• Knowledge of warranty processes and claims handling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Resolve warranty inquiries and coordinate service solutions from initial contact to resolution.
• Schedule and dispatch field service technicians to meet service timelines.
• Maintain accurate documentation and timely communication with customers and internal teams.
• Collaborate with Field Service, Sales, Leadership, and Engineering to resolve issues.
