Job summary

Joe Water is seeking a dependable Customer Service Representative to join our Naples, FL office. This role supports scheduling service, dispatch operations, and customer inquiries in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has strong phone skills, is organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking. Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus; bilingual English/Spanish is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with scheduling service appointments.
• Schedule and coordinate technician routes efficiently.
• Communicate with customers regarding appointments, arrivals, and service updates.
• Respond to voicemails, emails, and customer inquiries.
• Enter and update customer information accurately.
• Assist with maintenance scheduling and membership renewals.
• Process payments and assist with invoicing as needed.
• Work closely with dispatch and field technicians.
• Maintain a professional and friendly attitude with customers.
• Support various office administrative tasks as assigned.
