Job summary

Joe Water in Naples, FL is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our in-office team. The CSR will handle scheduling service calls, coordinate technician routes, and communicate updates to customers with a professional approach.

The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, while assisting with payments, invoicing, and general office duties. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience required
• Strong phone and communication skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly
• Scheduling or dispatch experience is a plus
• ServiceTitan experience is a plus but not required
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with scheduling service appointments
• Schedule and coordinate technician routes efficiently
• Communicate with customers regarding appointments, arrivals, and service updates
• Respond to voicemails, emails, and customer inquiries
• Enter and update customer information accurately
• Assist with maintenance scheduling and membership renewals
• Process payments and assist with invoicing as needed
• Work closely with dispatch and field technicians
• Maintain a professional and friendly attitude with customers
• Support various office administrative tasks as assigned
