We are currently in need of a temporary Customer Service Rep

Summary:

This person will be entering complex orders, entering licenses, calling and emailing customers, coordinating orders with the lab, answering phones, checking the accuracy of sales orders, and performing other duties as required by management.

Customer Service Representative I

(Temporary: 6 months - 1 year)

Pay Rate:

$22.00 - $23/hour

Valencia, CA

Minimum Experience:

2 years in a customerserviceposition.

Requirements:

Working hours are 7:30am - 4:30pm with a 1-hour lunch. Must be able to work overtime and weekends when needed.

Qualifications:

• Must be detail-oriented / thorough (detail-oriented is critical)
• Must be able to grasp new concepts quickly and be able to retain new information.
• Must be able to multitask (critical) will be answering phones, answering emails and entering orders at the same time
• Must be team-oriented –be able to jump and help all members of the team.
• Must be able to handle fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to work with Word and Excel, Adobe, Outlook (MUST know the basics of how to start an email and how to respond to emails)
• Error rate on data entry is critical in thisposition- must be very vigilant on entering the information without error.
