Job summary

Remedy Staffing is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support clients and floor supervisors on the South Side of San Antonio. The role focuses on facilitating order processing, handling incoming purchase orders, providing updates, and resolving issues to ensure smooth operations.

The position requires professionalism, strong communication, and the ability to coordinate with multiple internal departments.

Qualifications

• GED or HS Diploma required.
• Reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a high level of professionalism when dealing with management, fellow associates and customers.
• Develop a strong working relationship between Floor Supervisor and Warehouse Operations showing the importance of communication and teamwork.
• Act as primary point of contact for clients and coordinate with internal departments as needed to ensure daily operational objectives are met.
• Meet or exceed quality, inventory and timeliness objectives.
• Multi-task and effectively manage multiple priorities with a strong attention to detail.
• Maintain knowledge of routing rules and regulations and route all orders in an accurate and timely manner.
• Submit accurate billing on a weekly basis without failure.
