Responsibilities

• Maintain a high level of professionalism when dealing with management, fellow associates and customers.
• Develop a strong working relationship between Floor Supervisor and Warehouse Operations showing the importance of communication and teamwork.
• Act as primary point of contact for clients and coordinate with internal departments as needed to ensure daily operational objectives are met.
• Meet or exceed quality, inventory and timeliness objectives.
• Multi-task and effectively manage multiple priorities with a strong attention to detail.
• Maintain knowledge of routing rules and regulations and route all orders in an accurate and timely manner.
• Submit accurate billing on a weekly basis without failure.

Client Service Representative Schedule:Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm

Summary The Customer Service Representative will communicate with clients and floor supervisors. They are responsible for facilitating the processing of customer orders, incoming purchase orders, communication updates and issues.
