Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; HRIS and CS databases.
• Strong multitasking, planning, organization and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls promptly from customers or employees.
• Resolve product or service issues and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
• Schedule deliveries and service calls; dispatch technicians or reps.
• Audit batch information in the CS database and reconcile payments.
• Input payroll information into Excel and maintain customer records.
• Attend department meetings and support management as needed.
