Job summary

Elmer's Home Services in San Antonio, TX seeks a friendly Customer Service Representative to join our team. You will develop positive customer relations and coordinate with various functions to ensure requests are handled promptly and accurately.

Responsibilities include processing orders by mail, phone, fax, or email; assisting colleagues; serving as cashier; maintaining customer profiles and documentation; and following up to ensure timely completion.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
• Experience with the public in a fast-paced environment is a plus; cashier experience is a plus.
• Self-starter with excellent interpersonal and communication skills for customer service.
• Ability to read and interpret documents; write routine reports and correspondence.
• Experience with a CRM or AI customer interface system.
• HVAC industry experience is desired.

Responsibilities
