Job summary

Lovelace Health System is seeking a day shift, full-time Family Practice Customer Service Coordinator in Roswell, NM. You will work at the front desk, help with admissions, scheduling, and verify insurance as part of the patient care team.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of related experience, and knowledge of medical terminology, office procedures, and insurance plans. Preferred: an associate degree and prior medical office experience.

• Adheres to policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure compliance and patient safety.
