Ardent Health Services seeks a day shift, full-time HOPD Administration Customer Service Coordinator in Albuquerque, NM to join our team. You will provide frontline support in admitting, registering, scheduling, and insurance verification.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• 1 year of related experience.
• Knowledge of medical terminology.
• Knowledge of office procedures.
• Knowledge of insurance plans.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct customer service and front desk support for assigned departments, including admitting, registering, scheduling, and verifying insurance.
• Handle customer account transactions, provide customer assistance, and oversee cashiering operations when needed.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure compliance and patient safety.

• Provide direct customer service and front desk assistance for assigned departments, including but not limited to admitting, registering, scheduling, and verifying insurance.
• Handled customer account transactions, provided customer assistance, and performed and/or oversaw cashiering operations.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure compliance and patient safety.

Qualifications

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• One (1) year of previously related experience.
• Medical Terminology knowledge.
• Knowledge of office procedures.
• Knowledge of insurance plans.

Preferred Job Requirements:

• Associate’s Degree in a related field of study.
• Heart Saver.
• Previous medical office experience.
