Job summary

Raymour & Flanigan in York, PA is seeking a customer service dispatcher to support service calls for home repairs. You will schedule, confirm, and coordinate repair appointments and liaise with technicians to ensure timely resolutions.

The role requires excellent phone etiquette, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, including day, night, and weekend hours.

Expectations

• Schedule & confirm customer repair service calls.
• Coordinate & communicate with repair technician.

• Complete reports and other tasks/assignments as required.
