EF Education First in Cambridge, MA offers a Customer Service Co-op within the Account Services Team, Cultural Care Au Pair. Office-based Monday–Thursday with an option to work from home on Fridays, 40 hours per week at $20/hour, starting January 5th or January 19th until June 2027.

As the largest au pair organization, we seek a strong communicator who can connect with host families and Au Pairs, ensuring compliance with Department of State regulations and helping sustain a high-quality customer

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary information and problem-solving resource for host families, Au Pairs, Local Childcare Consultants, and colleagues.
• Handle high volumes of calls and emails daily to support program compliance and financial responsibilities.
• Maintain positive, proactive engagement to improve the overall customer experience.
