Job summary

Entegris in Chaska, MN is seeking a Customer Service Co-Op for the Spring 2027 season. This 6-month assignment supports the North America Customer Service team through order management, inquiries, and process improvement initiatives.

You will work with cross‑functional partners and gain hands‑on experience in customer service operations, supply chain processes, and business automation projects, including the Customer Service Inbox AI Agent initiative.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Interest in customer service operations and process improvement.
• Ability to work 40 hours/week, Monday–Friday, during January–June.

Responsibilities

• Monitor shared inbox and respond to inquiries about orders, quotes, shipments, and lead times.
• Research inquiries using SAP and internal systems; collaborate with multiple teams to resolve issues.
• Support order follow-up, shipment tracking, returns coordination, and reporting.
• Participate in the Customer Service Inbox AI Agent project through testing and documentation.
