Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication across multiple teams.
• Interest in customer service operations, automation, or AI applications in business.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the shared inbox and respond to customer inquiries about order status, quotes, shipments, and documentation.
• Research inquiries using SAP and internal systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
• Support order management, quotes, shipment tracking, returns, reporting, and process improvements.
• Participate in the Customer Service Inbox AI Agent project through testing and documentation.
