The co-op requires pursuing a Bachelor's in Manufacturing/Industrial/Mechanical Engineering with at least one year of coursework and an interest in process optimization, data analysis, and teamwork across functions.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's in Manufacturing/Industrial/Mechanical Engineering with at least one year of coursework.
• Interest in manufacturing processes and continuous improvement.
• Previous manufacturing or internship experience preferred.
• Experience with CAD/CAM software preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Participate in daily Tier meetings to monitor production performance and priorities.
• Create, update and maintain manufacturing work instructions and process documentation.
• Analyze manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce cycle times.
• Prepare and initiate MOC documentation for process improvements.
• Present process changes to cross-functional teams for alignment.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineers on optimization and quality improvements.
• Collect and analyze production data to support decision-making.
• Work with operations, quality, maintenance and engineering to solve challenges.
