Job summary

Entegris in Bloomington, MN seeks a Supply Chain Planning Co‑Op for the Spring 2027 season. This 6‑month assignment supports planning governance, standardization, and continuous improvement across the Supply Chain Planning organization.

You will document processes, improve reporting, and collaborate with global teams to drive efficiency. The role offers hands‑on experience with cross‑functional stakeholders, KPIs, and centralized knowledge resources, with a 40‑hour workweek beginning January.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or completed a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, Analytics, Data Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of supply chain, operations, planning, logistics, analytics, or related experience through internships or co-ops.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to organize and interpret data.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Document, review, and improve supply chain planning processes across multiple business units.
• Analyze planning workflows to standardize processes and reduce manual work.
• Update and maintain planning playbooks, process docs, and SOPs.
• Develop and standardize reporting templates, KPI definitions, and planning metrics.
• Assess data quality and support governance improvements.
• Create process maps and knowledge resources for onboarding and learning.
• Research automation opportunities to boost planner productivity.
• Contribute to a centralized planning knowledge repository.
