Job summary

Entegris in Chaska, MN is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Co‑Op for the Spring 2027 season. This full-time, 6‑month assignment offers hands-on experience supporting operations and continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced production environment.

You will participate in Tier meetings, develop work instructions, analyze processes for efficiency, and collaborate with cross-functional teams on improvements. Must be enrolled in a related engineering program.

Qualifications

• Must be a currently enrolled student.
• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a related engineering field with coursework completed.
• Interest in manufacturing processes and continuous improvement.
• Previous hands-on technical experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support manufacturing operations and CI initiatives in a fast-paced setting.
• Participate in daily Tier meetings to monitor production performance.
• Create and maintain manufacturing work instructions and process docs.
• Analyze processes to improve efficiency and reduce cycle times.
• Prepare MOC documentation for process changes.
• Present process changes to cross-functional teams for alignment.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineers on projects.
• Collect and analyze production data to drive decisions.
• Work with operations, quality, maintenance, and engineering to resolve issues.
