Job summary

Entegris in Chaska, MN is seeking a Spring 2027 Business Process Architect Co-Op to help analyze, document, and improve business processes across IT and business functions. You’ll work with ServiceNow, Jira, Smartsheet, and Microsoft 365 to map current processes and design future-state workflows.

This 6-month, full-time co-op starts in January and involves requirements gathering, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives to drive efficiency, standardization, and automation across multiple

Qualifications

Must be a currently enrolled student.
Available to work 40 hours a week, M-F (8a-5p) beginning in January through June.
Must be familiar with the university’s requirements to participate in a co-op program.

Office or hybrid work environment; ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Lead and participate in stakeholder interviews to understand current processes.
Document current-state and design future-state workflows and swimlane diagrams.
Identify process gaps, bottlenecks, risks, and automation opportunities.
Gather and document requirements for workflows, dashboards, forms, notifications, and integrations.
Partner with process owners, business analysts, IT teams, and platform admins on improvements.
Create process documentation, knowledge articles, training materials, and executive summaries.
Support testing and validation of workflow solutions against business requirements.
Contribute to projects involving onboarding, software provisioning, IT service requests, asset management, dashboards, and automation.
