Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Customer Service Representative focused on cleanliness and sanitation. You will perform janitorial duties, operate cleaning equipment, and maintain the assigned areas while reporting issues to supervision.

The role emphasizes teamwork, professional communication with coworkers and customers, and adherence to safety protocols. Shift is Monday–Friday, 10:00am–6:00pm, with hourly pay in the mid-teens and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• No formal education required; 3–6 months training or experience preferred.
• May be required to have a valid driver’s license.
• Forklift certification may be required.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus; strong verbal and written communication are essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties and sanitation across assigned areas.
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment safely.
• Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor.
• Maintain cleanliness and daily upkeep of work area.
• Follow safety rules, policies, and procedures.
