Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support daily janitorial operations. The role focuses on cleanliness, safety, and serving customers, with duties including operating cleaning equipment and following all safety protocols.

The ideal candidate has no strict education requirements, 3–6 months of experience preferred, and may need a valid driver's license. Compensation is $16.00-$17.00 per hour, Monday to Friday, 6:00am–2:30pm.

Qualifications

• No specific education requirement; 3-6 months training or experience preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• A valid driver's license may be required for this position based on business needs; ensure acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
• Completed all safety and task training certification; forklift certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties.
• Perform all duties listed on the daily schedule.
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment.
• Maintain daily upkeep of assigned area.
• Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor.
• Comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures.
• Perform work assignments in a team with other employees.
• Perform repetitive tasks.
• Maintain clean work area.
• Follow all protocols, company procedures, policies, and rules.
• Take direction and respond to supervision.
• Talk with lead, supervisor, co-workers, managers, and customers in a professional manner.
• Fill in during staff shortage.
• Support shift lead in completing punch-list items.
• Use proper personal protective equipment.
• Present a professional appearance and conduct.
• Understand customer service and satisfaction.
• Understand reporting systems, and of the environment.
