Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Customer Service Representative to maintain cleanliness and sanitation across assigned areas. The role includes performing janitorial duties, operating motorized cleaning equipment, and keeping daily upkeep in order while reporting hazards.

You will work Monday to Friday 6:00am to 2:30pm, with a pay rate of $16-$17 per hour. No advanced education is required, and training is provided; bilingual abilities are a plus, and safety training is mandatory.

Qualifications

• No specific education requirement; 3–6 months training or experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license may be required for this position based on business needs.
• Employees may need forklift certification.
• Bilingual a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret instructions, procedures, manuals, and other documents.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods and equipment and their safe, efficient use.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties.
• Perform all duties listed on the daily schedule.
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment.
• Maintain daily upkeep of assigned area.
• Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor.
• Comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures.
• Perform work assignments in a team with other employees.
• Perform repetitive tasks.
• Maintain clean work area.
• Follow all protocols, company procedures, policies, and rules.
• Take direction and respond to supervision.
• Talk with lead, supervisor, co-workers, managers, and customers in a professional manner.
• Fill in during staff shortage.
• Support shift lead in completing punch-list items.
• Present a professional appearance and conduct.
• Understand customer service and satisfaction.
