Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Customer Service Representative to ensure cleanliness and sanitation of assigned areas and support daily operations. You will perform janitorial duties, operate cleaning equipment, and maintain areas while reporting hazards and incidents to supervisors.

The role requires basic training with focus on safety, communication, and teamwork. Expect a Monday–Friday shift from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM with an hourly rate of $14.00–$15.00.

Qualifications

• No specific education requirement; 3–6 months training or experience preferred.
• May require a valid driver’s license.
• Forklift certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties.
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment.
• Maintain daily upkeep of assigned area.
• Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor.
• Comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures.
• Talk with lead, supervisor, coworkers, managers, and customers in a professional manner.
