Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Customer Service Representative responsible for cleanliness and sanitation across assigned areas. The role emphasizes performing janitorial duties, operating cleaning equipment, and maintaining daily upkeep while ensuring safety and professional conduct.

The position requires basic training, the ability to work in a team, and effective communication with supervisors and coworkers. Shifts are Mon-Fri 1:00pm-9:30pm with an hourly rate of $14.00–$15.00.

Qualifications

• No specific education requirement.
• 3-6 months training or experience preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• May be required to have a valid driver’s license. Safety and task training certification may be required; forklift certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment
• Maintain daily upkeep of assigned area
• Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor
• Comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures
• Perform work assignments in a team with other employees
• Maintain clean work area
• Follow all protocols, company procedures, policies, and rules
• Take direction and respond to supervision
• Talk with lead, supervisor, coworkers, managers, and customers in a professional manner
• Fill in during staff shortage
• Support shift lead in completing punch-list items
• Use proper personal protective equipment
• Present a professional appearance and conduct
• Understand customer service and satisfaction
• Understand reporting systems, and of the environment
