Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Customer Service Representative responsible for cleaning, sanitation, and related duties across assigned areas. You will operate cleaning equipment, maintain cleanliness, and report hazards in a professional manner.

The role emphasizes teamwork, safety compliance, and effective communication with supervisors and customers. Must be able to stand, lift up to 35 pounds, and work the 6:00am–2:30pm shift in a staffed facility environment.

Qualifications

• No formal education requirements; on-the-job training provided.
• 3-6 months training or experience preferred; forklift and safety training may be required.
• Bilingual ability is a plus and helpful for team communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties and cleaning across assigned areas.
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment.
• Report incidents or hazards to supervisor.
• Maintain clean work area and follow safety procedures.
• Interact professionally with supervisors, co-workers, and customers.
