Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Customer Service Representative to maintain cleanliness and sanitation across assigned areas. You will perform janitorial duties, operate cleaning equipment, and uphold safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• No specific education requirement, 3-6 months training or experience preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• May be required to have a valid driver’s license and safety/task training certification.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods and equipment; ability to read instructions and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties as outlined in the daily schedule.
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain daily upkeep of assigned area and report hazards to supervisor.
• Follow safety rules and company policies at all times.
• Work collaboratively with team and respond to supervision as directed.
