Job summary

Lowe’s is seeking a Customer Service Associate in Summerville, SC. In this role you will welcome customers, assist with product location, and help resolve home improvement questions while maintaining upbeat service standards.

You’ll spend much of your time listening to customers, answering questions, and organizing merchandise, with responsibilities varying by department. This role emphasizes teamwork, flexibility, and meeting customer needs daily.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer or similar tech.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology (smartphones/tablets).
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic required.
• Able to stand for long periods and perform physical duties.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs unassisted or more with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe’s and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers in locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock shelves and replenish supplies as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately to ensure on-time receipt.
• Cross-train in other store areas to enhance customer service.
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs (e.g., paint, pipes).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
