Job summary

Lowe’s is hiring a Customer Service Associate in Columbia, TN. You will welcome customers, help them find products, and provide friendly, knowledgeable service to support home improvement projects.

The role involves assisting across departments, stocking merchandise, and processing orders. Prior retail experience and bilingual ability are a plus; flexible schedules and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer (inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information)
• 6 months experience using common retail technology (smartphones/tablets)
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic
• Able to perform duties with standing/sitting and other activities
• Minimally lift 25 lbs unassisted or with accommodation

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise
• Stock/shuffle merchandise and replenish shelves
• Process orders and deliveries accurately to meet expectations
• Cross-train in other areas to deliver best service
• Prepare department merchandise (e.g., paint, pipes, wood, drywall)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Complete other duties as assigned
