Lowe’s is seeking a Customer Service Associate in Cordova, TN to welcome customers, answer questions, and guide them to the right home improvement solutions. You’ll help shoppers locate products, assist with services, and ensure a positive shopping experience in a fast-paced retail environment.

Formación

• 6 months of computer use and data entry experience.
• 6 months of using common retail technology (phones/tablets).
• Basic arithmetic and data handling skills.
• Ability to stand, sit, and perform physical duties as needed.
• Capability to lift at least 25 lbs unassisted.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome customers to Lowe’s and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Restock shelves and replenish supplies as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately for on-time arrival.
• Cross-train in other areas to support customer service.
• Prepare department merchandise according to customer needs.
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
