Climate First Bank is hiring a Customer Service Representative to join our Customer Service team. You'll be the front face of the Bank, handling calls and emails with resourcefulness and a customer-first mindset, while promoting our full suite of banking products.

The role emphasizes exceptional service, accuracy, and collaboration with other teams, with remote work within the United States and EST business hours.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or sales; banking experience preferred.
• Strong sales instincts and consultative sales knowledge.
• Spanish language ability preferred.

Responsabilités

• Answer customer questions and liaise with other teams as needed.
• Consult callers on products and services and refer to appropriate resources.
• Promote Climate First Bank's products while ensuring compliance and exceptional service.
• Handle incoming calls and emails, resolve simple issues, and maintain high service levels.
