Job summary

Climate First Bank seeks a Digital Relationship Banker to promote digital lending, deposits, and non-interest income within a US-wide remote setting. You will build new client relationships, renew loans, and deliver high-touch service while supporting digital campaigns and onboarding of clients to new banking tech.

You will collaborate with internal partners, ensure regulatory compliance, and help expand product adoption through the Digital Channel.

Qualifications

• Progressive experience in a client centric, high-volume role, ideally in a remote environment.
• Comprehensive knowledge of bank digital banking systems.
• Proven, consistent achievement of business growth goals and financial targets.

Responsibilities

• Promote the bank's consumer lending, deposit gathering and non-interest income initiatives for the Digital Branch.
• Build new client relationships by initiating, renewing loans and acquiring deposits.
• Participate in sales campaigns, digital banking tech rollouts, training and adoption.
• Provide high-touch personalized customer service virtually to digital clients.
• Support marketing strategies related to introducing new products and services via the Digital Channel.
