Job summary

Climate First Bank is seeking a Credit Analyst to analyze personal and business financials and prepare loan approval packages for senior management. You will monitor the loan portfolio, support audits, and maintain key data systems.

Experience in credit analysis/underwriting and a Finance-focused degree are preferred, with Power BI proficiency a plus. Remote role available in the United States, with a focus on sustainable banking practices and transparent risk assessment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Finance.
• Prior banking experience in Credit Analysis/Underwriting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze personal and business financials for potential and existing loan customers.
• Create comprehensive loan approval packages and identify policy exceptions.
• Present recommendations to senior management and credit committees.
• Perform loan portfolio monitoring and prepare reports for audits/exams.
• Maintain loan-related databases and develop loan reports using Power BI.
