Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Execute positive hand-offs with flight crews and lead reviews during food provisioning to address concerns.
• Support restocking of supplies from terminal access points to reduce truck delays.
• Serve as subject-matter expert for item and mileage data related to Delta's ATL food operations.
• Track, analyze, and report on patterns and trends affecting operations.
• Participate in catering determinations and update item details and communications.
• Contribute to SkyHub postings and online marketing for ATL OBS brand building.
• Ensure efficient catering activities and safe handling in all environments.
• Provide client-care mindset to resolve tense situations and make on-the-fly decisions.
• Collaborate in a team environment providing daily cluster support.
