• Execute positive hand‑offs with flight crews and lead cooking‑room reviews during food provisioning to address concerns and events.
• Support restocking of supplies from terminal access points to reduce truck dispatch delays.
• Serve as subject‑matter expert for item and mileage data related to Delta's Atlanta food operations.
• Track, analyze, and report on “shock and joy” patterns, objections, and flight‑team trends.
• Participate in catering determination rushes to update item details and board correspondence.
• Contribute to SkyHub postings and online marketing for ATL OBS brand building.
• Move efficiently while overseeing all aspects of catering activities.
• Demonstrate a client‑care mindset to resolve tense situations and make on‑the‑fly decisions.
• Work collaboratively in a team environment and provide daily cluster support.
• Occasionally assist with truck loading and unloading operations.
• Help maintain a safe environment by performing quality control checks prior to transportation.

Qualifications

• Minimum secondary‑school education or GED; Bachelor Degree preferred.
• Valid driver’s permit and capability to obtain an air‑terminal identification badge if required.
• Successful completion of background verification, including fingerprinting and criminal‑history check.
• Successful completion of a pre‑employment drug test.
• Strong oral and verbal communication skills.
• Flexibility to work a fixed or rotating schedule, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Capacity to follow specific instructional courses and training related to new responsibilities.
• Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds.
