Delta Airlines seeks a customer service associate at Louisiana's airport hub to help passengers with ticketing, check‑in, and boarding. You will manage luggage, assist with seating and gate operations, and ensure safety and security in all tasks.

Candidates must be 18+, have a HS diploma or GED, and be able to lift up to 70 lb. The job requires strong English communication and a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; preferred bachelor's degree.
• Ability to lift luggage and stand for long periods.
• Strong communication skills and privacy awareness.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Sell, print, and reissue tickets using a laptop.
• Assist passengers with check‑in and travel documentation.
• Tag baggage and assist with lifting duties up to 70 lb.
• Follow safety procedures in all operations.
• Assist passengers at the gate with seating, boarding, luggage, and announcements.
• Operate aircraft functions before arrival and secure doors.
• Stand for long periods and assist with escorting unaccompanied minors and disabled travelers.
