Job Overview

Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Company: Delta Airlines
Location: Atlanta, USA
Salary: $20‑$30 per hour

Responsibilities
  • Execute a positive handoff with flying groups and lead cookroom reviews during catering provisioning to moderate missing thing concerns/events.
  • Support restock of “hold things” from a terminal access viewpoint to decrease conditions on truck dispatches.
  • Act as an item and mileage SME for ATL providing food particulars with uncertainties and OBS.
  • Track, pattern and give designated “shock and joy” for MI-19 patterns, objections, and flight groups.
  • Support and partake in “Catering Determination Rush” at Uncertainties Parlors for item, detail and change the executive’s “correspondence and criticism.”
  • Effectively take part in Online Entertainment/SkyHub postings and advancements for ATL OBS Brand Building and Mindfulness.
  • Maintain consistent movement, expected to effectively move and administer all parts of the catering activity.
  • Diffuse tense circumstances and issue settle on the fly with a client‑care mindset.
  • Play out various obligations as indicated by the useful workspace task, carrying out all roles as required.
  • Function admirably in a group climate.
  • Be receptive, maintain solid relationships and demonstrate abilities.
  • Join in/take part in everyday group clusters.
  • Collect trucks occasionally, as required.
  • Build map book drawers to provide food particulars (cooking and arrangement supplies).
  • Lift and move items up to 40 pounds (comparable to closing an airplane entryway).
  • Perform quality control capabilities preceding conveyance installed.
Qualifications (Minimum Required)
  • At least a secondary school confirmation or GED.
  • Legitimate driver’s permit.
  • Option to obtain and hold an air terminal identification with a traditional seal.
  • Pass a broad post‑offer pre‑business personal investigation, including fingerprinting and criminal history screening.
  • Pass a post‑offer pre‑work drug test.
  • Superb oral and verbal relational abilities and the ability to follow detailed work directions.
  • Work a fixed or potentially rotating schedule including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Effectively complete applicable instructional courses and be prepared for additional duties such as handling specific cycles, hardware, and items.

  • Drive and operate a catering truck when expected to dispatch an airplane.
  • Understand and recognize Cookroom geology via airplane type.
